  4. Brand Guide

Each of these items will allow your business to stand out in a crowd. Creating a consistent visual identity.

In a digital world, many would believe that business cards are obsolete. But they are still a beautiful way to leave your contact information with a potential client. If your business cards stand out, they will leave a lasting impression and may be the best piece of marketing you have.

Website

Every business needs an online presence. Your website can be a simple one page site telling clients how to contact you. Or a more complex websites that allows your clients to learn more about your business. The important thing is that you have a website for potential clients to get more information

Brand Guides

One of the biggest mistakes a brand can make is not having brand guidelines. Brand guides provide a consistent look and feel across your business. Your brand guides should include information on the use of your logo, icons, typography, and colors. This is something that should be created and referenced anytime your company creates a marketing piece.

These are the basics. Yes, there are many other things that could be added to this list, but these are the basics. Once you get these 4 items completed, you can build on them gradually to create a more complete brand identity.
